Ms. Baca has served at Algodon Wine Estates since 2006, and is presently in charge of hotel management and tourism. She has worked for several hotels at the exclusive Las Leñas ski resort, during which time she gained skills and fundamental experience in hotel management, public relations, and customer service. Ms. Baca has received training in event planning, customer service, English communications, and various issues related to enotourism (wine tourism) and wine tasting. She received her degree in Técnica Superior en Hotelería (Advanced Technical Degree in Hotel Management) form the Escuela Internacional de Hotelería, Gastronomía y Turismo de Mendoza. Ms. Baca was born in San Rafael, Argentina.
