Las Leñas

Known for its winter sport activities, Las Leñas is one of the most important ski resorts in South America, offering and ideal season from June to October with a slope that runs 1400 m. (4600 ft.), and ski runs with over 40 km (25 miles) of extensions. In the off-season, activities like horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and rock-climbing are also popular. El Sosneado valley, Los Molles (Malargüe), Valle Hermoso, are also conveniently located and offer an abundance of recreational excursions including thermal baths, fishing, hiking, sight seeing and more.
